Corporate Real Estate Advisors

Tenant negotiation is all about being better prepared than the building owner and exploiting leverage. If you’re looking to lease or buy commercial office space in the Denver Metro area, the Corporate Real Estate Advisors team are the problem solvers and tough negotiators you want on your side.

Denver-based Corporate Real Estate Advisors is owned by Cheryl Stafford and Lee Groom. Corporate Real Estate Advisors has represented buyers of real estate and tenants who lease space since 1990. They have never represented building owners. They take a full-service approach to serving clients, all the way from initial consultation to occupancy and beyond. They also provide options for exceptional architects, contractors, lenders, attorneys, and other specialists, when needed.

Corporate Real Estate Advisors has built long-standing relationships with the Denver-area brokerage community and ownership community. They know many of the major players in the Denver Metro area and have a good reputation with brokers and building owners throughout Denver.

Corporate Real Estate Advisors excels at helping clients navigate the Denver Metro area market. Because they are deeply involved in the Denver commercial real estate market on a daily basis, they know lease rates, the status of proposed projects, building owners’ negotiation styles, and most commercial properties inside and out. This knowledge allows them to develop options for clients that give them exactly the kind of leverage they need.

History

Background and Expertise

Cheryl Stafford and Lee Groom co-founded Corporate Real Estate Advisors in 1991. They understand their clients’ businesses and the real-world challenges they face. They work closely with local and regional clients and have handled tenant deals for anywhere from 2,000 square feet to one million square feet. They have helped clients purchase buildings ranging from $200,000 to $15M.

In their former careers, they represented the commercial real estate interests of a broad array of Fortune 500 clients and handled the Denver-area space requirements for major New York firms. They were pioneers in bringing the east coast tenant representation model to the Denver area, severing the conflict of interest that exists with most real estate brokers who, by Colorado law, represent the owners’, not the tenants’ interests.
