I have nothing but positive things to say about Corporate Real Estate Advisors . When we first started working with CREA, we'd been at our previous space for more than 20 years, and there was a lot we didn't know about lease transactions and big moves. My husband's law firm had twice used their services, so we knew they’d do an excellent job of both listening to us and helping to educate us on what a move would entail. From the outset, they spent time looking over our old space and learning about how we used it, and they showed us that we could move into a smaller, more organized space that better met our needs. Next, they got us a great lease. Today, we're in a much nicer building, and we pay less rent than before. Now we have the good fortune of being locked into a seven-year lease with great terms, which is extremely important to us since we're a non-profit. In fact, through these negotiations CREA has somehow made the building want us as tenants, and they even gave us a per-square-foot allowance that paid for all of our moving expenses. Since we hired CREA, I've referred Corporate Real Estate Advisors to many other people, and without question I'll continue recommending them to others in the future.

Corporate Real Estate Advisors helped Platte River Industries purchase a commercial building about a year ago. We're a nonprofit organization, and we received a grant from the City and County of Denver to assist in the purchase, so it was important for us to find space in an appropriate enterprise zone. They negotiated a buyout from our former landlord, showed us buildings that met our specific criteria, then negotiated a fair price on a building that not only meets our financial needs but also allows for growth.
